Of course, we also strive to provide customer-focused, quick, and unbureaucratic assistance in the event of a service issue. Generally, gloryfy unbreakable products are covered by a one-year statutory warranty and a one-year guarantee from the invoice date.
In order to offer you a solution as quickly as possible, we ask you to follow the following steps:
- Take a photo of the defective part (1) and of the glasses as a whole (2).
- Send this, stating your customer number, the article name or number (inside of the temple right - if legible) and with a copy of the invoice if available, by email to service@gloryfy.com or via Whatsapp to +43/664/99396302
- Our service staff will inform you promptly whether a return is necessary or whether we can send out a replacement part.
